Class Purpose: The purpose of this workshop is to provide you with skills and tools to increase your effectiveness when resolving conflicts.

The Learning Objectives: The objectives of this course are to support you in effectively answering these five key questions:

Question 1: What are the early signs of conflict?

Question 2: What are the four conflict results? Which is the most desirable?

Question 3: What are the five approaches to conflict?

Question 4: How do I implement the most effective approach?

Question 5: How do I manage conflict in others?
